At Inspire, our training is functional movement based: Push, Pull, Lunge, Squat, Balance and Rotation. It is designed to improve your Postural Stability, Mobility, Movement Efficiency, Core, Balance, Cardiorespiratory Fitness, Muscular Strength and Endurance, Flexibility, Metabolism, Coordination, Speed and Power. At Inspire, we like research, and we’ve done our homework. After one workout you will see that our programs are results driven and are meant to give you the optimal combination of strength building and fat burning and are purposefully designed to give you greater confidence to perform everyday tasks at work and at play. You will pushed to your max, all while keeping the benefit high and the risk of injury low.

We introduce you to functional training by using a life-long journey approach to well-being. We want you to take ownership of that journey and hope to create a superhero out of you. You will get there. Starting is the hardest part.


Inspire Programs:


Small Group Personal Training

In the small group setting, we will place you in the proper level of training for your goals and concerns. During your training sessions, you will meet with one of our certified coaches in our Small Group format (1-4 people). In this personalized setting, you will be exposed to in-depth instruction while focusing on your specific goals. It’s as good as private personal training at a fraction of the cost with the added motivation of your workout partners.

Working out with a friend is more fun! But, it can be difficult to always keep the same schedule as your friend. No need to worry about that OR finding a workout buddy at Inspire! Book a Small Group Session at the most convenient time for you, and we’ll fill it up for you! If it ends up just you during that hour, or just you and your BFF, no worries! You’ll make some new friends at Inspire. Plenty of high-fives to go around!

The beauty of Inspire’s Small Group membership is that you can choose exactly what works for you—your schedule, your budget and your goals. Combine Team Training Classes with one Small Group a week, or choose Team Training and unlimited Small Groups for the best of both. It’s up to you!


Functional Interval Team Training (F.I.T.T.) Classes

Gone are the days of your personal trainer standing over you counting reps. In FITT, we’ll crank the music, slap some high fives, and flat out work hard.

F.I.T.T. classes are fun first and sweat second. Coaches will take you through our circuit-style interval training with bursts of work and rest to challenge the body to change. Come in, grab a kettlebell, burn a ton of calories, and don’t you dare forget to clap for a teammate! Time is no longer an excuse. Classes start with a quick, dynamic warm-up and circuits last around 30 minutes. Cool down with a foam roller, and you’re outta here!

At Inspire, our F.I.T.T. membership comes with unlimited classes each month as well as open gym to use the club as you’d like!

*What is the Functional Movement Screen? Why do I need it?

The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is a screen that looks at everyday movement patterns that are keys to our body’s normal function. Our certified director will screen these patterns and identify any functional limitations as well as left-right asymmetries that you may have. Through years of sitting at desks, commuting in cars, wearing improper footwear and carrying huge loads on our shoulders, we’ve developed postural changes that limit overall movement. The screen reveals these limitations, and Inspire coaches help correct them. Now, let’s get moving!
