F.I.T.T. (Functional Interval Team Training) Sessions

These classes are designed to get your body stronger, improve your cardiovascular fitness, and shed calories. Their focus is on metabolic training using timed intervals. This type of interval training is proven effective. You will reap the benefits both during and after your workout! One of our coaches will use a variety of equipment such as kettle bells, ropes, medicine balls, TRX suspension straps, and more during a circuit format workout. This type of workout is FUN because of the team atmosphere. Not only will you burn up to 1,000 calories an hour, you will continue to burn fat and calories up to 48 hours after your workout is complete. A lot of gyms TRY to offer these classes, only to leave you wishing for more when the workouts don’t seem to change week after week. At O3, we can assure you that the sessions will change weekly, keeping you energized, seeing your body change, and always viewing your time here as the best part of your day!
SGPT (Small Group Personal Training) Sessions

We will design a program for you, based on the results of your evaluation.  During your training sessions, you will meet with one of our certified trainers in a small group format. In this personalized setting, you will be exposed to in-depth instruction while focusing on your specific goals.
