SPPT (Semi-Private Personal Training) Sessions

For our Semi-Private Personal Training program, we use Metabolic Resistance Training (MRT). 

MRT incorporates a mixture of strength, weight loss, and endurance workouts which makes it the complete fitness and weight loss program out there. 

We are redefining what small group means. Our sessions will be limited to no more than 6 people. This will allow the coaches to give everyone a 1-on-1 experience in a group environment. Is this possible? A RESOUNDING YES! Because we, your coaches, understand how to personalize your workouts, even in this group environment.

Our Semi-Private Personal Training membership includes:

1) Unlimited sessions (27-time slots a week)

2) Smaller groups (capped at 6) equals more hands-on instruction from coaches
